This video and accompanying step-by-step instructions provide information about how to use the Accessibility Checker in Microsoft Word. The video provides an overview of the checker as well as the types of accessibility errors, warnings, and tips that may be flagged for remediation.

Grackle Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Grackle is an accessibility tool for Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides which can check for accessibility issues and flag potential problems. The Grackle Suite not only flags accessibility issues but walks the user through how to correct them to produce a more fully accessible document.

Checking Webpage Accessibility

Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool (WAVE) – WebAIM

WAVE is a free tool from WebAIM that provides a summary of potential accessibility problems on a website. This tool can be used by educators to screen websites being used to determine potential accessibility problems.
